About TDSL
Tena Vogel began training students in 1991, and founded The Dance Studio Longview in 1997 with the goal of providing tasteful, caring dance instruction, with excellence, in an atmosphere that allows students to grow not only as dancers, but even more importantly, as people. We offer a diversity of instruction that is authentic, age appropriate, and fun, to give each and every one of our students the opportunity to be well versed in a variety of dance genres. Our aim has always been, and will always be to provide quality training to our dancers, but knowing that only a small percentage of our students will make dance a career, we feel our higher purpose is to help instill traits that are necessary in life such as respect, modesty, discipline, patience, and the understanding of what it means to be a part of something bigger than self. Not all students will become dancers, but they will become adults making their own contribution in the world. It is our goal to inspire and to help shape our students into the best artist, and people they can be, inside and outside of the studio. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
